I liked this faucet alotI liked the styling of this faucet. It looks new and modern to me. I replaced an old kitchen faucet in the house I am renting with this one. It was extremely easy to install. It worked perfectly right after I installed it. So nice!!! I bought this in November of 2020. It is now June 2021. Now, it is not easy to adjust the temperature. It is a fine position thing. I have to get it just right or the water is too hot or too cold. I contacted the manufacter/seller. They were VERY EASY TO WORK WITH! They offered to send me an entire new faucet, but it is easier for me to just replace the valve and since I am a handyman and know how to do such things, it just seemed easier for me to do that rather than crawl under the sink again and replace the whole thing. Great customer service so far. Wish their were replacement parts in the big-box stores in the USA in case I need them after the warranty runs out. The communications with the seller/manufacturer are fantastic. A new valve is on it's way. I will update on how long it takes to get the replacement part and how easy it is to replace once I receive it. So far, I would buy this again and I would recommend it if you are a handy person also.I bought these to replace my two year old 450 dollar faucets. They were so easy to install and they have a higher flow rate than most faucets. They are not at all expensive. I've learned you don't have to spend a lot of money to have quality and style.This is the fourth sink we have bought from this company over the last few years all held up great. You can not beat the quality for the price. We have one in each color this time I got the black matte it is perfect and I love it in my kitchen.we got one for my moms kitchen and my Uncles. Pros-everything cons-nothing.Nice looking and simple installation. Couldn't the valve to open, but i took it apart and found the two ceramic part stuck together. I separated them a reassembled the valve and it worked perfect. The design of the end where the nozzle returns is a bit week, the plastic insert doesn't like to stay in place and the nozzle doesn't always release or return easily. Love the simple and straight forward style and the powerful spray head.It was sixty bucks, so although not a fancy 200 dollar faucet, it works great. The main faucet tube is larger diameter than we thought from the pictures, but it's fine with us. Works great, pretty easy to install (no more difficult than any other faucet). My only thing is that I wish the mounting parts were all metal, but then again, I don't know that anyone makes those anymore for this price point. Overall, extremely happy with the purchase.Installed in my kitchen and it just adds so much class. I love the look and the product is well made. Love love love!Love everything about it. Classy, easy to install (I did it myself) and really well made.Looks great! Works great ! So far really sturdy!
